Kohl (kōl):
n. A cosmetic preparation in use since ancient times, such as powdered antimony sulfide, used to darken the rims of the eyelids. Eyeliner.
Makeup is transformative. It can be empowering, freeing, and artistic. It can help you discover more of yourself, or be someone else entirely. This is what I love about makeup, and why I've done it for a decade now. From bridal to editorial, fashion, and avant-garde. I've studied makeup at the Delamar Academy in London, and wig-making at the University of Texas in Austin. I've been a Senior Artist at Sephora, and have published work in Tribeza and Dark Beauty magazine just to name a couple. I freelance in the Austin area, and would love to be part of your shoot or wedding!
